The YDS10 dock lets you listen to iPod music, watch iPod image slideshows, play iPod videos on the best system in your house. Compatibility with DNLA and MusicCAST means that that RXN600 brings you one step closer to creating a seamless environment for sharing digital media and content. When music is encoded in a digital compressed format such as MP3, frequency response suffers in the high and low ranges. Yamaha employs sophisticated digital signal processing with exclusive algorithms to enable playback that reproduces the original quality of the music. The RXN600 brings channels of superior digital audio into your home using XM's revolutionary Connect-and-Play technology (subscription to XM is required). You can configure a multi-room audio system with the ability to listen to 2 different sources at 2 different volume levels at the same time. Simply connect the Zone 2 audio output of this receiver to an external amplifier to power the second zone and control both zones by using the supplied remote control.
